I had noticed the night before that the hot water was not hot but warm. This morning, I left 2 businesses my message regarding the probable need for a new water heater and proceeded to get ready for work. I was hoping for a response sometime today. But to my surprise, Greg called right after I sent my message; he had some time later today. He then called late morning to say that he had completed a job earlier than expected; could do my job by 12N.

It was a challenging endeavor due to the water heater's location and other frustrating quirks.

But mission accomplished! And it looks great!
